Here are some common questions and their answers listed for your convenience. If you
have any specific questions regarding a project or have a question that does not appear on
this webpage, please go to the Contact Us page. Thank you!
Q: How long does it take to get a logo/brochure/mailer/coupon in my hands?
A: Each project requires various amounts of time. During the initial consultation and project
estimate I will determine how long the project length is, from concept to finished product. Since
there is no definite time frame that can be given without consultation, please contact us and I
can give you more specific information.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: Price is determined by type of project, time required and deadline. If a quick turnaround is
needed, that is incorporated into the estimate given at the beginning of the job. Obviously the
larger the project, more time required, the more expensive it will be. Usually there is a small
concept fee for each project and graphic designers get paid by the hour. This may sound like a lot
but it's not as scary as it comes across. I work hard to make sure rates are competitive and fair.
Q: Does it matter that my small business is in another city or state from where you
are located?
A: No. Since we live in a digital age with e-mail and cellular phones, distance is no longer an
issue when working with clients. Many of my past clients have lived various distances from
where I worked and did not have any problems. The most important thing is to have good
communication, either by phone or e-mail. And of course all graphic design artwork can be sent
via e-mail in any format that is needed.
Q: What can I expect from you?
A: Diligence. Creativity. Quality. Competitive rates. Regarding the process or experience a client
will experience is very traditional. We will have a consultation to discuss the needs, details, and
any ideas or concerns about a project. Than I will submit an estimate to the client, including
project details, pricing, and terms and conditions. If the estimate is approved by the client than I
begin work. I will create various samples and will revise according to the client's wishes. Once we
determine the final artwork, I will present it to the client in the format/s needed. I'm always
working to make sure our customers are satisfied with the finished product and have no
unanswered questions.
